is promoting premium LAND, HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS and HOTELS which are
for sale in the Santa Teresa and Malpais Beaches in the Pacific Ocean
of
Costa Rica. We represent directly the owners of those properties.
No matter if you want adventure, surf or a permanent home, the odds are that you want to be in an unspoiled beautiful beach paradise next to nature and surrounded by friendly people. You definitely have to come, see it by yourselves and realize why the MALPAIS/SANTA TERESA area is different from other locations around the world. It is not the typical tourist destination with big hotels and big swimming pools. Rather, Santa Teresa, is a bohemian little beach town, where relaxed foreigners and locals have settled because it is hip, unspoiled and fun at the same time. Santa Teresa was selected as "One of the Most Beautiful Beaches of the World" by FORBES Magazine and is also Latinamerica's favorite hideaway for world celebrities.
Costa Rica has the World's largest percentage of Natural Forest Reserves. In the Malpais area you wake up in the forest, listening to the monkeys and overlooking the ocean. You can surf in the daytime, and enjoy the best Local and European little restaurants at night. Other activities are yoga, fishing, horse back riding, hiking and biking.
The main sport in Santa Teresa is SURF. The waves and breaks in Santa Teresa are well known by surfers (professionals and enthusiasts) all over the world. Santa Teresa is one of the few spots in the world where you enjoy over 300 days of surfing per year. The waves vary at different locations along the 4 miles strip of the best breaks, good enough for all surfers.
Costa Rica's number one source of income is TOURISM. The capital, San Jose, is well connected with daily flights from all around the World, only a 2 hour flight from the US territory, and with direct flights from Madrid and London. From San Jose you may take a 25 minutes plane ride to the TAMBOR airport which is 15 miles away from Santa Teresa. You may also drive from San Jose, one hour to PUNTARENAS, then a 70 minutes beautiful FERRY ride to PAQUERA and another 70 minutes drive to Santa Teresa (see MAP)
